1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the FIXED 30-Day Fix Your Back Course (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Program.

 

2. Educational and Informational Purpose Only

The Program, including all videos, materials, exercises, and recommendations, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to replace evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.

The Program is not individualized and does not take into account your specific medical history, physical condition, or limitations.

Participation in the Program does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other professional-client relationship.

You should consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or wellness program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, or medical concern.

 

3. Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in the Program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Injury from performing exercises or movements
• Improper execution of exercises
• Failure to follow instructions as provided
• Participation despite a known or unknown medical condition
• Aggravation of pre-existing injuries or conditions
• Physical strain, discomfort, dizziness, or other adverse effects

By participating in the Program, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with your participation.

You agree to immediately stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, discomfort, or concern, and to seek appropriate medical guidance as needed.

 

4. No Guarantee of Results

Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on individual factors including, but not limited to, health history, consistency, and adherence to the Program.

 

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that FIX Medical Group, Shawn Robek, and all affiliated entities, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising out of your participation in the Program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Injuries sustained while performing exercises or following recommendations
• Worsening of existing conditions
• Outcomes resulting from proper or improper use of Program content

By using this Program, you agree to release and hold harmless all parties listed above from any claims arising from your participation, subject to the limitation stated above.

 

6. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and actions. You agree to use your judgment and participate at a level appropriate for your individual condition.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including videos, written materials, branding, and course structure, is the intellectual property of FIX Medical Group and Shawn Robek.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any portion of the Program without prior written consent.

 

8. Payment and Access

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Access to the Program is granted upon payment and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

 

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Program at any time if these Terms are violated.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
